Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Mar 12: The Government has promoted 26 officers to the Time Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS). As per separate orders issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), among those promoted are 24 Junior Scale officers and two officers of the Jammu and Kashmir Rural Development (Gazetted) Service.
