India has significantly boosted its border security. The Indo-Tibetan Border Police added 29 new outposts along the China border since 2020. This expansion covers high-altitude areas from Ladakh to Arunachal Pradesh. The move follows the 2020 Galwan Valley clash. The Ministry of Home Affairs is also enhancing other borders, including India-Pakistan and India-Bangladesh, with new outposts and technology.
