50% Core Growth, ₹250 Crore From AI Datacenter Vertical in FY27

Standard Engineering Technology's board approved acquisition of up to 51% stake in GScale Energy Private Limited for ₹190 crore via ₹125 crore cash and ₹65 crore share swap, marking its entry into AI datacenter engineering. The company reported FY2026 revenue of approximately ₹793 crore with ~17.40% EBITDA margin and targets 40-50% growth in core operations for FY2027, while the new AI datacenter vertical is expected to contribute approximately ₹250 crore in revenue with only about four months of operations anticipated in FY27.
