Adani Green Energy Limited has announced its 11th Annual General Meeting for June 26, 2026, via video conferencing, with remote e-voting scheduled from June 21 to June 24, 2026. The cut-off date to determine shareholder eligibility is June 19, 2026. The agenda includes the adoption of financial statements for FY 2025-26, auditor re-appointments, and a related party transaction worth ₹ 2,678 crore. Operationally, the company added 5,051 MW capacity in FY26, taking total operational capacity to 19,294 MW, while consolidated revenue rose 15% to ₹ 12,928 crore.
