Allied Digital Services Ltd has reappointed Paresh Shah as Chief Innovation Officer (CINO) effective July 01, 2026, following his tenure as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) which ended on June 30, 2026. The Board approved the transition to focus on innovation and technology advancement. Shah will now lead strategic transformation initiatives while reporting to the Chairman.
