Ather Energy enters insurance segment with new subsidiary Ather Insurance

Ather Energy has incorporated Ather Insurance Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary to enter the insurance corporate agent business, with full ownership through cash subscription and plans to seek IRDAI approval before operations begin.
