Bengaluru-based iD Fresh Food eyes ₹1,200-cr funding; Carlyle, Kedaara among suitors

iD Fresh Food is reportedly in talks with several private equity firms, including Carlyle and Kedaara, to raise approximately ₹1,200 crore. The funding round, potentially involving smaller cheques from high-net-worth individuals and family offices, is expected to value the company between ₹4,000-5,000 crore. Existing investors plan to sell only a small portion of their holdings.
