Bharat Electronics Limited has informed the stock exchanges that Lt. General Vishwambhar Singh (Retd.) has ceased to be the Independent Director of the company with effect from April 23, 2026, following the completion of his tenure. The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Lt. General Vishwambhar Singh (Retd.) served as Non-official Director (Independent Director) for a period of one year from April 23, 2025, to April 22, 2026. The company provided the required details including his DIN, designation, date of cessation, period served, and reason for change in Annexure-1.
