Bihar govt transfers 11 IAS, 16 IPS officers in major bureaucratic reshuffle

Bihar's NDA government has conducted a significant administrative overhaul. Eleven IAS and sixteen IPS officers have been transferred. Key appointments include HR Sriniwas as Additional Chief Secretary of the Social Welfare Department and Santosh Kumar Mall as Principal Secretary of Disaster Management. Sudhanshu Kumar is now Additional Director General of Law and Order.
