BMB Music & Magnetics Ltd has appointed Koshal Gupta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective July 10, 2026, following the resignation of Prateek Bhansali. Mr. Bhansali resigned to pursue career opportunities outside the organization, effective from the close of business hours on July 10, 2026. The company disclosed these changes to BSE Limited under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
