The Bombay High Court has stayed BMC action against Dhanraj Hospitality & Services Pvt Ltd, which operates a restaurant at the Kalidas Sports Complex in Mulund. The company alleged that demolition work began without prior notice or a hearing. The court granted interim relief and halted further action pending the next hearing.
