Brigade Enterprises Limited has formed a 50:50 joint venture with Bain Capital to develop a ₹2200 crore mixed-use project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The development will span approximately 2 million square feet on an 11-acre land parcel, featuring Grade A office space and a five-star hotel. Located strategically on ITPL Main Road adjacent to Whitefield Metro Station, the project targets the growing demand for premium commercial and hospitality infrastructure in Bengaluru's key technology corridor.
