Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Apr 5: The new officer bearers of Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP) were elected in a meeting held here today. During the meeting Dinesh Gupta was elected as president, Dr V K Gupta as General Secretary and Kumar Kant as Treasurer.
