Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Jan 21: Dr Vijay Raina, Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Kathua, represented the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir at a high-level Expert Group Committee Meeting convened by the National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) under the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) in New Delhi today.
