In a major police reshuffle, the Bihar home department on Wednesday transferred 12 IPS officers, including Special Vigilance Unit (SVU) Additional Director General (ADG) Pankaj Kumar Darad, and 53 DSPs, including the former Jagdishpur SDPO Rajesh Kumar Sharma.
