Cravatex Ltd schedules 74th AGM on July 31, 2026

Cravatex Limited has scheduled its 74th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Friday, July 31, 2026, via video conferencing. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs.13 per share for FY2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Standalone revenue from operations grew 48% to Rs.709.84 lacs, while profit after tax increased to Rs.555.01 lacs. On a consolidated basis, profit after tax rose to Rs.679.67 lacs. The record date for dividend eligibility is July 24, 2026.
