Excelsior Correspondent KATHUA, Mar 29: Department of Floriculture Kathua today organized a one-day district level event on Commercial Floriculture at Shakti Palace. The initiative was held under the aegis of Mission for Integrated Development of Horticulture (MIDH). Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Sharma was the chief guest.
