Excelsior Correspondent SRINAGAR, Apr 4: In preparation for the upcoming Hajj pilgrimage, the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, today chaired a high-level meeting to review arrangements for the smooth departure of pilgrims.
