Excelsior Correspondent UDHAMPUR, Jan 17: Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Udhampur-Reasi Range Sarah Rizvi, along with SSP Udhampur Amod Ashok Nagpure, today decorated newly promoted Selection Grade Constables (SGCTs) of J&K Police Udhampur during a pipping ceremony held at District Police Lines (DPL), Udhampur.
