Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd pays ₹2.59 lakh compounding fee for AGM delay

The Regional Director, Mumbai, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, levied a total compounding fee of ₹2,59,000 on Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd and its officers for a 56-day delay in holding the Annual General Meeting for FY25. The fee includes ₹76,000 each for the company and two directors, and ₹31,000 for the Company Secretary. The order requires payment within 30 days.
