Education Minister will make him engineer: Tejashwi mocks Nishant Kumar's qualification

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav mocked the educational qualifications of Bihar Health Minister Nishant Kumar, quipping that the state's Education Minister would "make him an engineer." Kumar disclosed in his affidavit that he had completed only five of the eight prescribed semesters of an engineering course at BIT Mesra in 2001.
