Eraaya Lifespaces Limited successfully conducted its Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on June 08, 2026, approving 21 resolutions including the preferential issuance of warrants and equity shares, and material related party transactions for FY 2025-26 and 2026-27. Shareholders also appointed new directors, including Prof. Anil Kumar and Mrs. Ila Gupta, and authorized the Board to raise funds and increase borrowing limits.
