Felix Prime Metals Private Limited, a subsidiary of Felix Industries Limited, has signed a Share Purchase Agreement on May 15, 2026, to acquire 100% equity of Tierra Fertilizer Private Limited for a total consideration of INR 12,00,00,000. Of this, INR 2,00,00,000 covers the transfer of 20,00,000 equity shares at face value, with the balance directed towards repayment of liabilities. The acquisition aligns with Felix Prime Metals' core business of metals recycling and recovery from hazardous and non-hazardous waste, and is expected to be completed within 30 days.
