Fractal Analytics Board Approves Business Unit Sale and Strategic Investments Worth INR 50.3 Crore

Fractal Analytics Limited's board approved strategic transactions worth over INR 50 crore, including the sale of three business units (EdTech, FAA, and Iqigai.ai) to subsidiary AVEPL for INR 10.9 crore and an investment of INR 39.4 crore in AVEPL. The company also increased its investment limit in US subsidiary Fractal Analytics Inc. by USD 4.5 crore and approved additional investments in Asper.AI Inc., along with corporate governance amendments requiring shareholder approval.
