Balkrishna Industries built its business around exporting specialized off-highway tyres. Now, as tariff wars and geopolitical tensions reshape trade, it is diversifying into new segments and geographies. ‘I don’t think anybody can stay aloof from geopolitical scenarios,’ says joint MD Rajiv Poddar.
