Galaxy Agrico Exports Ltd has proposed the appointment of Mrs. Bhavna Aswani and Mr. Mukesh Jitu Yadav as Independent Directors. Mrs. Aswani is designated as a Women Non-executive Independent Director with expertise in finance, while Mr. Yadav is proposed as a Non-executive Independent Director with experience in trading. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting.
