Gas leak At Chemical Unit In Pune Leaves 24 Affected, Swift Fire Brigade Action Averts Major Disaster

A major gas leak from a chemical company near Gangadham Chowk late at night caused panic and left 24 residents with breathing difficulties. Fire personnel used breathing apparatus to control the leak, while the affected were rushed to Sassoon General Hospital. Two fire officials were also hospitalised. Authorities contained the situation and launched an investigation.
