GSP Crop Science Limited's Board approved the acquisition of the remaining 21% equity stake in GSP Intermediates Private Limited on May 14, 2026, for a cash consideration of Rs. 3,15,00,000/-, involving 31,50,000 equity shares at Rs. 10/- each. Upon completion, expected within approximately 4 months, GIPL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of GSP Crop Science Limited. GIPL, incorporated on August 18, 2022, operates in the agrochemicals sector with a paid-up capital of Rs. 1500.00 lakh and recorded a turnover of Rs. 122.01 lakh in FY 2024-2025.
