Haryana Anti-Terrorism Squad formed; to have dedicated police stations in Panchkula, Gurugram

Haryana has established an Anti-Terrorism Squad within its Crime Investigation Department. This specialized agency aims to enhance police efficiency in combating terrorism. The ATS will be led by an Inspector General of Police and headquartered in Panchkula. Two police stations under the ATS will operate in Panchkula and Gurugram, investigating terror-related offenses across the state.
