HealthCare Global Enterprises Limited announced its audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a consolidated net profit of ₹2,278 lakh on revenue of ₹2,53,843 lakh. The Board approved the divestment of its subsidiary BACC Health Care Private Limited to Inviga Healthcare Fund I for ₹37,64,44,788 and re-appointed Mr. Rajiv Maliwal as a Non-Executive Independent Director.
