Hexaware acquires CPS for GBP 11m to boost consulting

Hexaware Technologies Limited has approved the acquisition of Consulting Professionals Services Holdings Ltd and its subsidiary for a total consideration of GBP 11.00 million. The all-cash deal, executed through Hexaware Technologies UK Ltd, involves an upfront payment of GBP 6.0 million and an additional GBP 5.0 million contingent on financial performance. The transaction, which does not require regulatory approvals, is expected to close within two weeks and will secure 100% control of the target entity. CPS, a specialist technology consulting firm operating in the UK and UAE, delivers services to a FTSE 100 client with unaudited turnover figures showing GBP 11.74 million in FY26.
