Honasa Acquires 58% Fluence Pharma For ₹135 Crore, Enters Nutraceuticals With New Health Subsidiary

Honasa Consumer will acquire a 58 percent stake in Fluence Pharma at an enterprise value of around Rs 135 crore, marking its entry into nutraceuticals. The company will also launch a wholly owned subsidiary, Honasa Health, to build a direct-to-consumer health supplements business.
