Indias biggest startup investors are increasingly playing outside their crease. Beyond the familiar terrain of large late-stage startup investments, they are pursuing joint ventures in tech infrastructure and commerce. In the AI-led shift, deals have become smaller and fewer. And they show less hesitation in taking up active collaborator and operator roles.
