IKS Health, the healthcare brand of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited, announced the acquisition of ARAI Solutions on May 13, 2026, to accelerate full agentic AI technology stack development. ARAI's biomedical knowledge graphs and ontology add a critical knowledge layer to IKS Health's existing four-layer healthcare AI stack. The integration is expected to reduce dependency on third-party AI infrastructure across areas including autonomous coding, clinical decisions, denial prevention, prior authorization reasoning, and precision medicine.
