Info Edge subsidiary Startup Investments (Holding) Limited sold its 26.14% stake in Shop Kirana E Trading Private Limited to Trustroot Internet Private Limited for USD 32,970,499.20. The subsidiary also invested USD 1,724,169.60 in Trustroot Internet via primary infusion for a 0.105% stake. Following these transactions, Shopkirana is no longer an associate company of the subsidiary.
