IRIS RegTech Solutions announced that its strategic partner MZ Consult in Brazil has secured a contract from a leading Oil and Gas company for Disclosure Management and ESG Reporting solutions. The multi-year licensing contract, to be executed in FY27, was awarded following a competitive RFP process where IRIS Carbon platform was selected. While the contract value remains confidential, this development represents significant international expansion for IRIS RegTech's technology solutions in the Brazilian market through strategic partnerships.
