JAMMU, Mar 9: The Jammu and Kashmir government has notified amendments to the Unified Building Bye-Laws (UBBL) 2021 under the provisions of Jammu and Kashmir Development Act, 1970 and J&K Municipal Act 2000. The move is aimed at promoting Ease of Doing Business, rationalizing development controls and digitizing approvals.
