JK Paper Appoints Shri Rajat Yadav as Head

JK Paper's Board of Directors approved the inclusion of Shri Rajat Yadav as Head-Digital & IT in Senior Management, effective 18th May 2026, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Shri Yadav, aged 43, holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (2004) and a PGDM from MDI, Gurgaon (2013). He brings extensive experience from JCB India, CNH Industrial India, Diageo India, Reckitt Benckiser, Microsoft India, and Wipro Limited. His terms of employment will be governed by the HR Policy & Rules of the Company.
