The Bengaluru-based hospital chain has partnered with drone startup Airbound, also based in Bengaluru, to transport blood samples and blood units between its facilities in the city, with pilots underway since last year. Meanwhile, Airbound has completed over 700 drone incident-free flights across 54 consecutive days, carrying up to 40 samples per trip.
