Likhitha Infrastructure seeks ₹60 crore via warrants

Likhitha Infrastructure Limited has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on July 22, 2026, to seek approval for issuing 25,00,000 convertible warrants worth ₹60 crore and to regularise the appointment of two Executive Directors. The warrants, priced at ₹240 each, will be issued to promoters and non-promoters to fund capital expenditure and working capital. Shareholders can vote remotely from July 19 to July 21, 2026.
