L&T Technology Services Announces Rs 452 Crore Sale of Smart World and Communication Business Unit

L&T Technology Services has agreed to sell its Smart World and Communication Business Unit to AMI Paradigm Solutions for Rs 452 crore through a slump sale agreement dated March 25, 2026. The SWC Unit generated Rs 1,027.95 crore revenue in FY 2024-25, representing 9.63% of LTTS's consolidated revenue of Rs 10,670.10 crore. The cash transaction is expected to close by September 30, 2026, and aligns with LTTS's strategic focus on Engineering Intelligence and core technology sectors.
