Maharashtra Health Minister Prakash Abitkar directed stricter monitoring of outsourced services and urged hospitals to strengthen in-house diagnostics. He also pushed expansion of eSanjeevani, stronger STEMI implementation and improved hygiene systems, as part of efforts to improve accountability and healthcare delivery across the state.
