Mahatma Gandhi Park in Shivamogga gets new attractions, MLA, officers visit to review development works

The Mahatma Gandhi Park, located in the heart of Shivamogga city, has new attractions, including ponds, a science park, a swimming pool, an improved security system, and a children’s train. The new facilities will be open to visitors soon. S.N. Channabasappa, Shivamogga MLA, visited the park on Friday and reviewed the development works along with officers of the Shivamogga City Corporation. The children’s train, which had been stopped for some time for technical reasons, is now ready for rides. The MLA and the officers took a ride on the train in the park. Mr. Channabasappa also inspected the construction of the swimming pool, artificial ponds, and the work on the science park.
