Mahindra Logistics returns to profit in FY26, sets AGM date

Mahindra Logistics Limited has scheduled its 19th Annual General Meeting for July 20, 2026, via video conferencing, to consider the re-appointment of an Independent Director and approve related party transactions. The company returned to consolidated profitability in FY26, reporting a PAT of ₹10.57 crores on revenue of ₹6,999.30 crores. A final dividend of ₹2.50 per share has been proposed.
