Medi Assist Healthcare Services reported consolidated FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 9,047.67 million and recommended a Rs. 2 per share final dividend. The Board also designated Ms. Vinaya Natarajan as Chief Legal Officer, Mr. Praveen Samariya as Chief Technology Officer, and Mr. Dhruv Rastogi as Chief AI Officer as Senior Managerial Personnel, and appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP as Internal Auditors for FY2026-2027.
