Mumbai Mayor Ritu Tawde inaugurated an expanded Bone Marrow Transplant Centre at Sion Hospital’s Dharavi facility, increasing treatment capacity for children with cancer and blood disorders. Supported by Rs 5 crore CSR funding from Cipla, the upgraded centre will provide free treatment for eligible patients over the next decade.
