The Bangalore-based target specializes in precision aerospace components with ₹1.88 crore annual turnover and ₹25+ crore confirmed order book. The acquisition, formalized on January 27, 2026, marks NRB Bearings' strategic entry into aerospace manufacturing and is expected to complete within three months.
