Orient Bell Limited's Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mahendra K. Daga, Ms. Bindiya Shyam Agrawal, and Mr. K.M. Pai, along with the appointment of Mr. Sreeji Kamala Gopinathan as an Additional Director on May 19, 2026.
