Piramal Pharma Limited reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹8,869.08 Crore in FY2026, a decline of 3.08% from ₹9,151.18 Crore in FY2025, with EBITDA falling 28.15% to ₹1,134.92 Crore and a net loss after tax of ₹325.94 Crore against a net profit of ₹91.13 Crore in FY2025. Key strategic actions included the acquisition of Kenalog® from Bristol Myers Squibb for USD 35 million upfront with up to USD 65 million in contingent payments, and a USD 90 million investment in sterile injectable and payload linker capabilities. The Consumer Healthcare business delivered 17% revenue growth with power brands growing 24% and e-commerce expanding 48%, while the CDMO segment saw recovery in RFP and order inflows in the second half of the year.
