Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Apr 5 : The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, additional General Secretary Ajay Sadhotra and provincial president Jammu, Rattan Lal Gupta today accused the BJP of neglecting Jammu City, asserting that only an NC-led administration can restore the city to its rightful status.
